Len Lye Place is a small development of four attached townhouses on the site of famous New Zealand sculptor Len Lye’s childhood home. The Len Lye Foundation has welcomed our development and offered the name for its use. Three of the townhouses are three-storey with garage and a bedroom suite on the ground floor, living on the middle floor and two beds and bathrooms on the top floor. The fourth townhouse comprises two bedrooms and bathrooms, ground floor living which opens out into a private garden, and a separate garage.

This development is located very close to the CBD in a rapidly gentrifying neighbourhood, and is due for completion at the end of 2020.
