The Rakaia Apartments were completed in October 2016 as stage one of the three stage West Kilmore development on the corner of Cranmer Square and Kilmore Street.

The one and two bedroom apartments have been designed by Wilson and Hill Architects to meet demand for smaller living and lower cost entry to established city living.
